Goods inspection policy

    Instructions for checking goods:

    When receiving goods, you need to check all information including: full name, phone number, delivery address, correct name of delivery company... Customers also check the goods and record video during the goods checking process, Only receive your correct information.

    Delivery time depends on the address provided by the customer:
    Inner city area: 2h–24h.
    Suburban areas: 2–3 days.
    International: 10–15 days.

    Customers have the right to check the goods before receiving them. If the products are of correct quality, the customers will proceed to receive the goods from the delivery staff. On the contrary, if the product is not of the same quality as promised, the customer can refuse to receive the product and return it to the delivery staff.
